Death of a loved one hurts. It in turn invoke so many emotion inside me. Depressed. Teary. Frustrated. Sad. Loss of appetite. I seek calmness. I pray no more events. My tiny heart can't take anymore. I wish for restoration of peace. August feels like the mushroom that was dropped on Hiroshima many moons ago.
Customers are fed up with cash payment still operating in paper based form, when all the while credit card payment gets an online order form. I'm not the creator of this system. I'm just the soldier asked to take orders and deliver information. Argh, I'm an unrelenting problem solving individual, who could not ignore customer's disapproval, so I offered to email and mail them an official letter stating what have been ordered and the paid amount. So far, so good. Thinking of using the online order form to benefit everyone by getting customers to fill in details but stop at step 5 and print it out or save the incomplete order. Um. This could work out quite well. To be tested by next month.
